Essential Functions:

• Set up and operate plating machines.
• Read blueprints and manufacture parts.
• Ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
• Assist with projects as directed by management.

Required Experience:

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
