Deskripsi Kerja
Hey Education Sdn Bhd is seeking a Playground Manager who is fluent in Mandarin. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations, ensuring equipment maintenance, safety standards, and smooth venue management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Training and managing staff
- Developing training plans for safe equipment operation and emergency responses
- Evaluating employee performance
- Managing maintenance costs and optimizing resources
- Providing excellent customer service to parents and addressing complaints promptly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
