Deskripsi Kerja
Youniverse Resources is seeking a dedicated Principal Consultant (PC) to lead our recruitment and business development efforts. The PC will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, drive sales, manage key accounts, and develop strategies to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Attract top talent.
- Provide expert recruitment advice.
- Negotiate fees and secure business.
- Stay updated on market trends.
- Mentor junior consultants.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract (12 months)
Pay: From RM7,00.00 per month
