Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team at Infosys as a Process Executive in the Order Management department. You will be responsible for processing sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, monitoring order status and updating internal reports, and supporting the sales force with requests such as amendments and pricing sheets. Collaboration with other departments to resolve issues and processing negative transactions like credits and returns will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Finance or Business Administration, with 2-3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in SAP, SFDC, and MS Office.
