Deskripsi Kerja
The internship at DHL offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in product category management. As a Product Category Management Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Daily shipment monitoring and tracking using the PostFlights tool.
- Managing shipment confirmations and discrepancies with the CSS team and airlines.
- Preparing monthly FABCLOSED reports and performance summaries.
- Addressing damage and missing issues in correspondence with carriers.
- Sharing weekly updates on OI/CCM targets and managing daily communications.
- Collaborating on automation reports with the AP POSTFLIGHT team.
- Supporting other functions as assigned by the Department Head.
