Deskripsi Kerja
Retail Galaxy Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Product Experience Consultant to enhance customer interaction and product knowledge. Responsibilities include:
- Conduct training for consumers pre/post purchase.
- Handle shopper inquiries and provide beneficial sales presentations.
- Promote accessory products to complement primary items.
- Compile weekly consumer training reports.
- Communicate positively and professionally with customers.
Requirements: At least SPM certification; 1 year retail experience preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM4,500.00/month
