Job Summary: The Production Leader assists the Head of Department (HOD) by ensuring that all work-in-progress (WIP) meets demand quantities and deadlines while maintaining quality standards and minimizing waste. Monitoring employee discipline is essential for efficient task execution.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure orders are scheduled according to machines and specified times.
- Clarify process details for workers in an understandable manner.
- Monitor production processes and quality control compliance.
- Distribute tasks to workers effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,100.00 – RM3,300.00 per month
