Deskripsi Kerja

Phabritek Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and efficient Production Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for daily production planning and scheduling, monitoring production targets, and managing personnel efficiency. You will also oversee yield rates, conduct team inspections to ensure compliance with delivery, quality, and safety standards, and control production costs by managing resource consumption.

As a Production Leader, you will guide employees on production processes and lead improvement initiatives focusing on delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 – RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Language: Mandarin (Required)
