Deskripsi Kerja

HM Resources Management is seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Manager to oversee our production activities. The successful candidate will monitor production processes to achieve quality, cost, and delivery objectives, while ensuring optimal resource utilization. Responsibilities include planning production schedules, proposing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field, 5 years’ experience in a managerial role, preferably in the SMT industry. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills are essential.

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of RM8,00.00 per month.
