TECHCOM DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team. This critical role involves planning, coordinating, and controlling production processes to ensure efficiency and maintain high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing and hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
Key responsibilities include managing resources effectively, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, leading production teams, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
Offering a competitive salary of RM 8,00 to RM 9,00 per month, we welcome candidates of all nationalities and genders.
