Deskripsi Kerja
As a Production Planning Executive, you will coordinate production schedules, forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery. You will collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to optimize capacity, reduce lead times, and resolve production bottlenecks. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field, have 2+ years of production planning experience, be proficient with ERP/MRP systems, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement is required.
