Deskripsi Kerja
UIS Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Shift Leader to oversee daily production targets and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. The successful candidate will manage and motivate production staff, maintain production records, and collaborate with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to resolve issues.
Qualifications include a minimum of STPM or equivalent, two years of experience in the manufacturing industry, and strong interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and the ability to work independently are essential.
We offer a monthly salary between RM2,100 and RM2,400, along with benefits including free parking and professional development.
