Deskripsi Kerja

Location: Senai, Johor

Industry: Manufacturing

Salary Range: RM3,500 – RM5,500 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead production line operators.
  • Plan and monitor production schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Conduct daily briefings and provide training.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams.
  • Prepare production reports and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
  • Willingness to work shifts if necessary.
