Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily hydroponic production activities.
- Lead processes such as planting, harvesting, and packaging.
- Monitor plant growth for optimal health.
- Maintain environmental parameters for crop production.
- Train team members to meet daily targets.
- Accurately record operations and production data.
Requirements:
- Agricultural background (education or experience).
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in agriculture.
- Passion for indoor farming and sustainability.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Pay: RM2,200.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
