Schedule: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire production process for specific products.
- Supervise operations teams.
- Ensure smooth daily operations according to plant policies.
- Manage stock counts and warehouse activities.
- Lead a team of operators in daily production.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Assist in procurement and receiving products.
- Support achievement of production output and quality goals.
- Address production quality and process issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
