Responsibilities include overseeing box build production, monitoring performance, fostering a “Quality First” mentality, coaching the production team, and instilling a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, 5-10 years in box build processes, strong English skills, and experience leading large teams (150+). Pay: Up to RM8,00.00/month.
