Deskripsi Kerja

Join MINDE Group as a Program Manager! We are seeking a dedicated individual to champion the voice of our customers throughout the factory. In this role, you will communicate customer requirements, implement our Customer Service Policy, and prepare Customer Account Development Plans while ensuring sales and profit targets are met.

You will also review Customer Satisfaction Survey results and coordinate with Sales Representatives as needed. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to RM14,00.00 per month, Monday to Friday.
