Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare and coordinate detailed drawings and technical documentation.
- Oversee site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors effectively.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Manage project timelines and provide regular updates.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in project management within architecture/construction.
- Must be Mandarin speaking with leadership skills.
- Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity.
