Deskripsi Kerja
Shui Xing Ventures Sdn Bhd is looking for a Project Manager to oversee construction and renovation sites. This role entails monitoring daily activities to ensure compliance with plans and safety regulations, while coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.
Essential Tasks:
- Monitor site activities for compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
- Conduct inspections and progress meetings.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Prepare progress reports.
- Ensure quality control.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in a related field.
- 5+ years in industrial/commercial construction.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Willing to travel within West Malaysia.
Job Types: Full-time, 12-month Contract
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM7,500.00/month
