Lead and execute promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and sales. Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns, negotiate partnerships, coordinate with agencies and sales teams, and oversee promotional budgets. Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize tactics to meet targets. Require 3+ years in promotions or marketing, strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, plus experience with campaign tools and budget management.
