Deskripsi Kerja
Bayou Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and organized Property Management Executive to oversee daily property operations. The role includes:
- Managing tenant relations and inquiries
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs
- Conducting property viewings and managing leasing
- Maintaining accurate administrative records
- Assisting in financial responsibilities including rent collection
Qualifications: Experience in property management preferred; strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,500.00 per month. Benefits include maternity leave and promotion opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Fixed shift schedule.
