Deskripsi Kerja
Join Cozyhomes, part of The Makeover Guys, as a Property Management Intern! In this role, you will assist with property management, housing rental management, and services for property owners. We encourage applicants of all backgrounds to apply.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor rental units ready for advertising
- Maintain contact with property owners
- Coordinate tenant profile reviews with agents
- Schedule property viewings with owners
- Assist in drafting tenancy agreements
- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks
Requirements: Current student or recent graduate in Real Estate or Property Management, with a keen interest in the industry and fluency in English.
