PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd (CHERAS) is looking for a motivated Property Sales Executive to drive sales and build strong client relationships in the real estate market. In this role, you will generate leads, understand client needs, showcase properties, and negotiate deals to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing new clients through networking and referrals.
• Understanding client requirements and advising on market conditions.
• Conducting property tours and facilitating negotiations.
• Preparing legal contracts and maintaining records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
