Deskripsi Kerja
Responsibilities:
- Conduct valuations of properties for our clients.
- Engage in report writing, site inspections, and liaise with relevant authorities and clients.
Requirements:
- Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Valuation, Property Management, or equivalent.
- Preferably 2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Training provided for candidates without experience.
- Malaysian citizens or relevant residency status required.
- Prepared to work in Subang Jaya.
- Good communication skills and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,400.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
