Job Accountabilities:
– Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and onboarding.
– Provide administrative support and coordinate HR events and meetings.
– Support talent development initiatives and engage in employee activities.
– Participate in HR projects to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and experience of 0-3 years preferred.
