Job Description:

  • Assist in day-to-day purchasing processes, including updating invoices, filing, and recording.
  • Compile and summarize monthly purchasing reports.
  • Liaise with suppliers for quotations and prepare daily orders.
  • Coordinate with related departments on material delivery schedules.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
