Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative and clerical support to the department.
- Prepares reports and all relevant purchasing documents.
- Manages vendor registrations and collects pricing data.
- Maintains record keeping systems for the purchasing department.
- Follows up on delivery status.
- Performs other assigned duties.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Familiarity with purchasing procedures and policies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
