JOBBUILDER is seeking a motivated Purchasing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing purchase orders with accuracy, ensuring timely communication with suppliers, and coordinating delivery schedules. You’ll collaborate closely with planning teams to align procurement strategies and maintain optimal stock levels.
Ideal candidates will have experience in sourcing suppliers, negotiating terms, and conducting market research to identify cost-saving opportunities. Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Word is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa is preferred.
