Join our team at Sydney Cake House Sdn Bhd as a QC Executive! We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual to ensure the highest quality standards in our food products.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in audits and mock recalls.
- Check personal hygiene of production staff.
- Verify temperature and sanitation records.
- Conduct finished product inspections and calibrations.
- Perform monthly pest control inspections.
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Science.
- 3 years of experience in the food or bakery industry.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 2200.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
