Deskripsi Kerja

Work location: Tanjung Langsat, Johor

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement departmental plans based on the company’s development strategy.
• Set annual departmental goals, plans, and break them down into actionable tasks.
• Build a strong internal team through training, guidance, and performance management.
• Manage departmental expense budgeting and control.
• Establish and improve quality control processes to meet and exceed standards and customer needs.
• Oversee raw material quality control, including inspection procedures, sampling design, and quality review.
• Manage production process quality control by developing inspection procedures and analyzing quality issues.
• Conduct regular quality meetings, analyzing quality data and preparing necessary materials.
• Maintain and implement various company systems within the department.
• Establish product quality inspection standards, procedures, and operation standards for testing instruments.
• Organize calibration and correction of measuring equipment.
• Handle customer complaints effectively.
• Maintain, repair, and oversee testing equipment.
• Establish and enforce departmental safety and environmental standards.
• Investigate safety hazards and ensure proper categorization and disposal of waste materials.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemical analysis, management, or related fields.
• Over 5 years of experience in quality management.
• At least 2 years in a similar position.
• Able to start work ASAP
