Deskripsi Kerja

We seek a QS Executive to manage ELV and construction contract and cost administration, prepare tenders, quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, cost estimates, variation orders, progress claims, and supplier evaluations. You will monitor budgets, maintain QS documentation, coordinate with Project, Procurement, and Engineering teams, and support post-tender reviews. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, 2–4 years QS or cost management experience (construction/ELV preferred), strong MS Office and AutoCAD skills, excellent English and communication, and hands-on pre/post-contract experience in fast-track projects. Full-time, on-site role. Salary RM2,500–RM4,500 per month.
