Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Analyst to join our team at Teleperformance. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma and have at least 1 year of experience as a QA in a technical or call center environment. Proficiency in English and Korean (written, reading, and speaking) is required, and candidates must be able to work on a rotational shift. Immediate availability after EP approval is preferred.
Key responsibilities include constructing reports for automated analysis, making strategic recommendations, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying training needs in collaboration with the operations team.
