Deskripsi Kerja
Join Teleperformance as a Quality Analyst! We are looking for candidates with BPO experience who can excel in various responsibilities. Daily and weekly tasks include DSAT Analysis, Transaction Monitoring Analysis, and conducting Coaching and Refresher Sessions for agents. You’ll also contribute to Product Knowledge Tests, review and translate process/product materials, audit and stamp agent tickets, and provide daily support on the agent floor.
Our operating hours are 9 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of schedule adjustments for calibration meetings. This position covers the JP Market.
