OCBC Bank is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to conduct reviews on transaction monitoring and name screening alerts, ensuring compliance with various policies and regulations. This role includes monitoring QA outcomes, collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate potential risks, and keeping up with regulatory changes affecting the banking sector.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of AML/CFT frameworks, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required; CAMS certification is a plus.
