Deskripsi Kerja
Teleperformance is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in any discipline and must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a QA in a call center. Proficiency in English (written, reading, and speaking) is required, and candidates must be able to work rotational shifts (3 shifts / 5 days). Immediate availability is preferred.
Key responsibilities include conducting root cause analyses, performing QA evaluations, acting as an escalation point for inquiries, and participating in continuous improvement projects.
