Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at Teleperformance. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales programs, strong leadership and communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa-Indonesian, and English, and the ability to manage demanding customer situations.
Responsibilities include creating automated analysis reports from recorded conversations, providing strategic recommendations, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying training needs with the operations team. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and candidates are preferred to have experience in retail support and effective presentation abilities.
