Deskripsi Kerja
MPS is seeking a Preferred Mandarin Speaker for our Quality Assurance team. We have two roles available: Quality Assurance and Quality Assurance Supervisor. Both positions require a commitment to 24/7 shifts, 9 hours per shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis and QA evaluations per client specifications.
- Deliver timely reports and participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Identify critical business solutions and recommend strategies.
- Ensure overall quality performance through training and development.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,00.00 – RM7,00.00 per month
