Deskripsi Kerja
Adient is seeking a Quality Manager to coordinate, administer, and perform quality functions of an engineering and technical nature. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality and reliability while minimizing costs. Responsibilities include completing the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process, submitting PPAP documentation per AIAG guidelines, and developing gauge concepts. The Quality Manager will collaborate with suppliers to improve products and resolve manufacturing issues. Participation in Simultaneous Development Teams (SDTs) and internal audits is expected.
- Support the Product Introduction Process through all phases of prototype fabrication and delivery.
