Deskripsi Kerja

Agensi Pekerjaan GMRecruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The candidate will report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and assist in managing costs and contractual matters for Main Contracts and Sub-Contracts.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurate measurement of quantities for progress payment claims.
• Preparation of cost reports and maintaining budget controls.
• Documentation of site events for variation order claims.
• Collaboration with production and procurement teams.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Civil Engineering.
• 3-4 years of experience in tendering and estimating.
• Willingness to work in Kempas.

Salary: RM4,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month with benefits.
