Deskripsi Kerja
Benajaya Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks across the pre-construction, construction, and post-contract phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tender documents and liaise with the Accounts Department.
- Monitor progress claims and prepare variations.
- Request bond returns and settle materials with site supervisors.
Requirements:
- Experience or fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Strong proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience.
Job Type: Full-time, with a starting salary of RM2,200.00 per month.
