Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Citatah AMS Marble. The ideal candidate will manage all cost and procurement aspects on construction projects.
Key responsibilities include preparing tender and contract documents, analyzing project costs, and providing cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects stay within budget and meet quality standards.
Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, strong analytical and communication skills, and preferred prior experience.
