Deskripsi Kerja
CNS Construction Sdn Bhd, a leading contractor in residential and commercial projects in Melaka, is hiring a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and tender documents.
- Manage progress claims and variation orders.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotes and payments.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; 2-3 years experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM3,200 – RM4,500 per month | Location: In person.
