Deskripsi Kerja
Job Responsibilities:
- Check and verify Q.S. works prior to submission for approval.
- Conduct site verification with all consultants.
- Prepare variation orders.
- Take off quantities for material orders.
- Liaise with developers and consultants.
- Control materials efficiently.
- Negotiate tender/sub-con/supplier prices.
- Confirm variation order pricing.
- Perform any other duties as directed by management.
Qualifications: Diploma in QS or relevant field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM6,00.00/month
Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience: 1 year in Quantity Surveyor role (Preferred)
