Deskripsi Kerja
HumanTech Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage budgetary estimates, source materials, and coordinate with contractors and clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of budget estimates and cost evaluations.
- Monitoring project budgets and construction costs.
- Coordinating document submissions and performing internal audits.
- Liaising with project stakeholders and preparing monthly progress claims.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Mandarin.
Salary: RM3,500.00 – RM6,00.00 per month.
