Deskripsi Kerja

To be stationed at site Durian Tunggal, Melaka

Role & Responsibilities:

• Report to Head of Contract regarding all QS and contractual matters.
• Assist in sourcing, negotiations, and dispute resolutions.
• Monitor project quality and quantity as per specifications.
• Review subcontractor claims and prepare variation orders.
• Measure quantities and take off.
• Perform other related responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in roads & infrastructure projects.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and computer literacy are essential.
