Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Skudai, Johor Bahru
Position Type: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities:
- Prepare project cost estimates and budgets.
- Prepare tender documents and quantities.
- Monitor project costs from start to finish.
- Evaluate contractor payment claims.
- Liaise with stakeholders including architects, engineers, and contractors.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or certificate in Quantity Surveying or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in software such as Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
