Deskripsi Kerja
Join Parkland Group as a Quantity Surveyor! Your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking off quantities and preparing tender submissions.
- Calling for quotations from subcontractors before selection.
- Preparing quotation comparisons and reporting to the Contract Manager.
- Preparing progress claims for both the main contractor and subcontractors.
- Managing all correspondence and drawings.
- Assisting the project manager with contract-related issues.
- Liaising closely with purchasers.
- Performing other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements include a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying. Both experienced and inexperienced candidates are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from RM2,800.00 to RM4,00.00 per month.
