The candidate will be responsible for working out project budgets, monitoring costs, and managing progressive and variation order claims. Duties include liaising with clients on contract matters, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring compliance with contracts. The ideal candidate should have a minimum degree in Quantity Surveying and at least 5 years of experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
