Deskripsi Kerja
Syarikat Lian Ping Enterprise Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to manage all QS works related to pre-contract and post-contract phases. Responsibilities include estimating and tendering, preparation of tender documents, material budgeting, cost analysis, and subcontractor negotiations.
We require candidates with a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying and a minimum of three years of experience in the interior fit-out, design, or renovation industry. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential. Fresh graduates may apply for the Junior Quantity Surveyor position.
