Deskripsi Kerja
Company: Visi Lagenda Sdn Bhd
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
Role & Responsibilities: You will manage all QS and contractual matters, including payment certificates and claims. Assist the team in negotiations and dispute resolutions, monitor project quality, check sub-contractor claims, and prepare variation orders.
Qualifications: A Diploma/Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying or relevant field with 3-5 years of QS experience. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential.
Location: Melaka; reliable transportation required.
